By using Tasting Note ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The App is provided as-is for personal espresso tracking. You may use it for any lawful personal purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.
AI-generated content
The App uses OpenAI's API to generate brewing insights from your tasting notes. AI-generated content is informational only, may contain errors, and should not be relied on as authoritative advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI output.
Subscriptions (future)
Future versions of the App may include auto-renewing subscriptions managed through Apple. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal will be disclosed at the point of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
No warranty
The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App is free of bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
